Training:
	Certified Micro Pigmentation Practitioner, Member of the AAM. Nancy is in her 15th year of practice. An extensive two years of one-on-one apprenticeship in Permanent Cosmetics. Her training consists of: knowledge of Machine Technology, Techniques and Needle groups, Topical Anesthetics, Sterlization, Treatment Room Setup, Pre- and Post- Procedure Protocol, Skin Anatomy and Preparation, Color Theory Design and Enhancement.
Qualifications:
	CERTIFIED ESTHETICIAN in the State of New Hampshire and Florida. Certified in Micropigmentation by the American Academy of Micropigmentation. (The American Academy of Micropigmentation is responsible for the regulation of permanent cosmetics throughout The United States.) Nancy is listed on technicians list as a referral from AAM She is also being referred by 4 local Plastic Surgeons for her professional and detailed work, including areola & facial deformities. CERTIFIED MICROPIGMENTATION PRACTITIONER TRAINER Nancy Fisher went before the board of health in Wayland, Ma and has opened the doors for the practice of permanent makeup in the Wayland area. Nancy Fisher also has an extensive background as a cosmetologist and is a licensed Tattoo Practitioner in the State of NH and Florida. She has been extremely successful in the business world as an entrepreneur. 2010 is Nancy's 16th year of practice.
